Force agreement of TOS after upgrade?
 
I am getting set to upgrade my vb2.3.2 forum to 3.0.1. In the new version, I really like the little check mark for new users to confirm that they agreed to the TOS statement. After my upgrade, can I force all my existing members to complete some kind of TOS agreement where they have to check mark or type a confirmation? I asked over at vb.com and Jake offered this:

So does anyone have any ideas on how this could be done?
