Exemption from posting rules?

I was wondering if someone could make a hack (or know of a hack, I tried searching already) that would allow you to have specific people exempt from posting rules.

EX)
vB code is On
Smilies are On
[IMG] code is On
HTML code is Off (except have HTML on for say, a admin or a super moderator)

I want to allow the admin to post html, too!

I found the solution, hope it works for you, worked for me.
I used the array so I can add more people to the list later.
