creating a dropdown option in navbar...

i would like to make dropdown menu's in the navbar like the Quick Links dropdown, but with different stuff in it ofcourse...

how do i make a new dropdown and my own links?

my navbar has gotten pretty clutter with addons/hacks being installed.
