i was trying to find out by PM'ing a Mod but it didnt let me

i see alot of hacks and stuff, is this for getting info on some users when they register to a certain forum and you dont have to be a Mod to see them such as their IP address

It's about modifications to vBulletin. Unless you own a copy of vBulletin, you'll notice that most of the site is disabled to you. :)
