Multi poll hack- is it possible?
 

I operate an online restaurant booking website, and am implimenting vbulletin as a restaurant review addon. However, the standard templates only offer one poll, I need around 6 per restaurant. Is there a hack/template available that offers multi polling/surveying.

Drop down list for each:
Food & Presentation: Rate it!5 - Outstanding! 4 - Very Good 3 - Average 2 - Not Great 1 - Awful
Wine/Drinks: Rate it!5 - Outstanding! 4 - Very Good 3 - Average 2 - Not Great 1 - Awful 0 - No Opinion
Ambiance & Decor: Rate it!5 - Outstanding! 4 - Very Good 3 - Average 2 - Not Great 1 - Awful
Service: Rate it!5 - Outstanding! 4 - Very Good 3 - Average 2 - Not Great 1 - Awful
Toilets: Rate it!5 - Outstanding! 4 - Very Good 3 - Average 2 - Not Great 1 - Awful 0 - No Opinion
Child Friendly: Rate it!5 - Outstanding! 4 - Very Good 3 - Average 2 - Not Great 1 - Not at all 0 - No Opinion

Then summary/average of above for Total Rating.

Such a hack would certainly come in handy. For vB2 there have been some few poll hacks only. Let´s hope the hackers here get packed by the poll fever.
