a ban button on user posts
 
just a simple button that would appear on all user posts that would let you ban them; permanently or temporarily. i dont know php, but i know C/C++ very well so if you want to 'trade' or something i could code something for you. i found some hacks with banning features, but nothing that was simple/plain like this.
