VB2 Header problem - how to remove the gap?

Hello all :)

I had just made a new header with new graphics/buttons etc. The problem is that in explorer i have a gap over the graphics and in mozilla firefox i have gaps on the side and on top. See attached pics for details, the red spots show the gaps. Do you have any ideas on that?
