aligning columns
 

I'm wanting to add an image to the forum postbits, see red blob image1, but when I do the columns go out of line, see image2, I think I need to add another cell, if thats the case which template do I edit?

Also when the image is there I want to have a link on it but when I use <a href="$forum[link]" it shows the link as www.myforum.com/www.test.com and not just www.test.com

Hopefully this will be my first hack just need a little help with those 2 things apart from that it's working :)

I've got the aligning sorted, just the bit about the url now :)
