Yea.. I got my loonicks lappytop workingxor in the hissxor :)

But yea... I got gentoo running with KDE as the desktop environment... I had just installed firefox last night and I dont think that the screen shot from sunday or monday shows my new little best friend.

any of you people that run linux as their main os give me advice on what packages to emerge:) cuz I have been out of the loop :-P

O yea... and do any of you guys know how to access a window share in linux... I never needed to do this except i need a way to get my freaking musik onto my lappytop :)

you can get windows share by mounting the HD
or use samba

as for the leet speak- erm get real!

could you elaborate on how to mount it... i tried to mount it by "mount -f smbfs -o username=uname bleh bleh bleh" but it didn't work :(

And I get errors when I try to mount the smb drive... I put it in fstab, but it keeps giving me errors :(

fat32 or nfts >?
