I am not a coder, and I know nothing about coding. So I really really! Need help!

I need a few things made...

1st-

I need the Feedback System For vB3! (eBay Type)

2nd-

I need a hack where I can have paid subsciptions like this...

The second one is built into vB3 as the paid subscriptions option in the admincp.
