Ii was wondering what chat service your using and where you got it, also does it have administration built it where you can kick ppl out or not allow access ? ? ??

how would i go about getting this for my board, and i also was wondering ( its int he first post ) does it have Administration stuff, like banning from the chat and other things

vBXirc will provide somthing like that for your forum, irc has a adminstaration setup.
