& versus &
I notice that in the vBulletin templates (vB 2.3.5), the default templates make extensive use of "&" for the URLs. But, this is an HTML escape code intended specifically for proper visible printing - not for passing variables. Shouldn't all of these just be "&"?

& breaks XHTML on a page so & should be used in the templates instead.
