Formatting Tools on VB Candidate 4?
 

I was wondering on how to add more formatting tools when somebody replies to a thread. I noticed that vb.com has a redo, undo, cut, copy...etc features. I was wondering how to add these?

I was also wondering how they have there VB working like a word processor? Say for instance, if I highlight something and make it bold this vb put the tags around what I highlight. How do I make it to where somebody highlights it and it bolds it without putting the tag around it?

Is there a way that I can make it like this for all users without each one having to go in and change it themselves? Basically make this the default option?
