need help installing hacks???
 

when installing a hack usually you will have type in a URL which is given to you. For example type http://urlofyourforum/admin/chatbox_install.php But what if you changed the name of your admincp folder to lets say xxx. would the url then be http://urlofyourforum/xxx/chatbox_install.php ? I did this and can't get the url to work. What steps am I missing here?

Its possible that the hack has been hard coded to use admincp as the admin folder name. Your probably best of asking in the thread this hack is released in. Also make sure the hack is for your version of vB :)
