I have no idea what the hell this means. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

I did. They said ask the author of the hack that's causing the problem.

Should have single quotes around the assigned string :)

And, where would I go to edit the SET title = title?

The hacklog is the HTL hack, which is KuraFire's porject. But, yeah. I didn't install the HTL, our other programmer did.

*sigh*

Well I don't know much about the HTL but basically you are missing a column which is installed as one of the steps in the HTL. You should ask this in the thread :)
