It would be nice if someone made one, there are quite a few of them for Invision. Feature suggestions:
  • Turn the quote bar on/off in admincp
  • Group Permissions (add/edit/delete/auto-accept)
  • Multilined quotes
  • Seach quotes
  • The ability to rate quotes
  • Top x rated quotes
  • Top x viewed quotes
  • Ability to moderate quotes from members
  • Random quote display

That would really be an awesome hack here, usefull for many thousands of forums.
