Profile Modification: Two questions, please help...
 
Hello,

I have two questions:
1. Is there a way for me to Enforce the entry of the Year in which the person has been born, and force it to be in 4 digits. eg 1976 How?

2. When creating User Profile Multiple Selection Check Boxes is there a way to have em enabled (checked) by default? How can I do this?
