Reg not if user has same IP as another
 

I apologize if this has already been done but I would LOVE to see a hack that would notify me or the other admins if a user registers and their IP Address matches another registered users. This would be a great heads up on people trying to dual register.

yup this is an important thing needed.

But how can you take care of users, who register from behind a proxy ??
like many users from a single place like CyberCafe, Office accessing a forum from one place or 1 IP.

Possibly, reporting the admin with few more details, like the BROWSER used, OS Used and few other details. too.
