Mass PM

Many of my users have out of date email addresses. I think sending all my users a reminder to update their email addresses though a private message would be the most effective way of notifying them. I think it would be useful to others as well.

Admins can mass-PM people using a built-in mass system. BTW: this can be time consuming depending on membership...
