General language system question
Let's say a user has two languages installed on their forums: "English (US)" and "French." I want to add some phrases to the phrase system, and translations exist for both languages. I have the language XML file that contains just my custom phrases. If I import the language via the admin CP, will it merge with existing phrases in each language, or will it trash the other custom phrases?
Or are you confused? |
wouldn't it just add the new phrases without overwriting anything? no idea.. but i would think it would add to, more or less, and not overwrite.. but you guys are the gurus.. i don't know the new back-end system nearly well enough..
