Description of the Hack:
This Hack provides the option to display a newsblock on forumhome. The user can change the block from a group.

Addons:
- (works only with RSS-Feed) Parsing RSS-Feeds

Instructions are included for:
- HTL-Version
- non-HTL-Version
- Update from version 0.4 beta

IMPORTANT:
I successfully tested the import of the XML-file for the non-HTL-Version but I cannot guarantee its function. Remember to use the "ignore version"-function while importing.

The rules indicate that you must supply a text file for people who do not have the HTL hack installed. Please add a txt file or I will delete this hack.

Currently I'm working on adding an interesting feature and preparing a install-textfile for non-HTL-users. With the next version which will be posted today or tomorrow this hack can be used with or without the HTL.

Can someone tell me what HTL is??? Is HTL a server support software or something?
