I've tried to do a little research here on the board, but I'm a little confused. Does there exist a journal/blogging hack that will work with vB#RC4?

The Deluxe edition of that can be used as a very sophisticated blogging / cms tool (much like MoveableType, but then for vB-powered sites :)).

Try plogworld.com multi-blog script with search engine friendly urls. it's not yet integrated with vbulletin, but i'm hoping it will be in the near future. unlike moveabletype, this one is cleaner and free.
