PM: user can read but not send
 
Hi

i am wondering if i can have the registered user read the private messages that can be sent to them by the moderators but at the same time i don't want the users to be able to send PMs.

in my forum i have enable the PM for some user groups only but i figured out that we need to send some message to normal users from time to time.

i have VB2.3
