Restrict Forum from showing in New Posts

Looking to be able to specify specific forums disabling them from showing up under new posts. Either that or possibly show up with a different background colour than the other forums?

Set Index New Posts in Search Engine when editing the forum to NO.

If you don't want to stop indexing from all search but only newposts, then let me know.
