Comment user postings - only for Mods
 

Hello,

I would need a hack to comment a user's postings.

This comment should only be viewable for Mods or usergroup xy.

E.g. "The user's posting was closed because of 'foo' and I emailed him about this" ...

or

"This one might get in trouble with us, since he is mostly using swearwords" or so...

Are you talking about usernotes or reputation?

As you're asking for vb2, take a look into Chen's profile a hack called "Post post in threads and only allow mods to seem them"

Hm, one question is what happens after the upgrade to hidden posts...

they'll stay.

my hidden post hack is based on Chen's as both were written for vb.org at first ;)

In other words, the hidden posts will show up for everyone :o/

nope, hidden posts are considered as under moderation so they won't show up at all if you upgrade to vb3 and don't install the newset version of the hack :)
