Hacks?
 
I was wondering on how to make your own hack im pretty good with html but i need to no some (Must USe) html codes for hacks or is it jus a software

And does vbulletin hacks work for PHPbb forums there almost alike

Hacks are primarily PHP code. Knowing HTML will not help you with making hacks (only a little bit, really). You'll need to know, understand and be able to create decent-to-good PHP code (and MySQL queries).

No, they'll not work with phpBB because it has a very different set of code (especially between phpBB2 and vB3)
