Can anyone do the following...

When Creating a new topic in a 'certain' forum you MUST attach an image or file, when replyin in that same certain forum the additional options in new reply do not appear so you cannot attach anything, it is for a certain hack I'm working on and need this to make everyone follow rules.

In that certain forum when creating a new topic and must attaching an image/file there cannot be more then "1" or specified amount of attached files.

Is that possible? I know its hard to explain for me, but its sort of like a gallery hack implented into vb and not having to do much hacking to it I have created something but I do not understand all aspects of vBulletin and that is why I need help from some of the great people that do understand.

I know this cannot be hard, in newreply.php and editpost.php a couple of lines modification that tells the script not to allow any attachments when replyin to an specified forum id and in newthread a few line modification to tell the script not to let anyone attach more then one attachment or less then one attachment. :disappointed:

I understand what you mean, i would also use that if someone came out with it, too bad i haven't learned php yet
