help with phrases

ok, on vb.nl they renamed the phrases, etc to karma, I cannot figure out how to do this, can anybody give me a quick overview on how to rename all the phrases for say "Reputation" and rename them to "Respect" I am totally lost here, I asked for help on vb.nl but I fear I am not "l33t" enuff for the help

ACP/Languages & Phrases/Search in Phrases

Enter Karma, click on the phrases being displayed, enter your "translation" and hit save.

so for each one of the search results I need to hit edit, then edit the text, then hit save? there is no way to search and replace?
