Public Hack?
 

I regularly visit a forum that has a picture below the avatar, user name and title.

The forum can be found here http://dnforum.com/

I am just wondering weather this was a custom hack, or if it is available here.

I want to use it for one of my forums, http://MatrixMania.com

well me personally, im not going to register just to see a forum :)

No need to register, the sections at the bottom are free to view, and the furthest to the bottom is free to post and view. I just posted the link so people could see, but there is no need to register to view it.

I have attached a screenshot, so that nobody has to visit the site to see what I am inquiring about.

that would be a hack most likly :) or a very well done template mod :) (Smartly anyway :))
