Moving the smiley box?
 

Forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong place, I haven't learned to navigate here well, yet.
But what I'm looking to do is move the smiley box in the standard editor. I've added a "submit" button above the icons, and I'd like to move the smiley box to horizontal, right below the "submit". Is that possible?
Moving the icon box to above the message area would be good as well, but I think I can figure that out. I just can't find the way to modify ONLY the standard editor reply page like this.

Any chance someone could point me in the right direction anyway? I can't for the life of me figure out how to modify the "message area"... :(

A quick tip to handle these situations is to turn on the Template Comments in the main "vbulletin options". Then "View source" of the html page in Internet Explorer when you view it. Search for the area you want to change, and there will be a little comment telling you which template was used to create the section you are viewing.
