Attachment Viewer / Gallery
 

Ok what I would like to see done, and have tried to little luck myself, is to modify the built in attachment viewer in the usercp to show images and or attachments by forum id instead of userid.

this could be done via an external file like gallery.php and work as a seperate vb galllery.

- It must only show images (unless an option to view all files is on)

- Option of showing thumbs as default view :D

- Each image/file would link to the appropriate thread to which its in.

- Option to show only attachments by first thread post



I kinda fleshed it out myself using stolen code from vb`s own in built usercp version, so if anyone wants to maybe try to use that as a basis that be great , just pm me for the file :D

I would attach, but im not sure of the legality of it seens how its uses vb3 source code

Im working on a simple gallery for my forum that uses the attachment table, ill send you a pm with some screenshots when I get the user gallerys done :)

kool bradloo, im not to worried about user galleries as im gonna just use an external version of vbs script that i made that,ll pull them out on there on, its just the rest im having trouble with due to a lack of vb coding skills and mysql know how, but kool thnx mate.. im lookin for a top class coder for artorg at mo as chris is v.busy
