Update to Tigga's Stat cache

Anyone wanna port this to vB3? It looks like maybe this can be stored in the 'datastore' table, but I'm not too sure how it works (with the serialization and stuff).

ill point Tigga to this, he "might" have planed it for vBadvanced as i did mention a stat cache for him :)
