Display latest threads on homepage

Where can I find a hack for vB 3 that displays latest threads on homepage?
I have this hack working on ramprage.com for vbulletin 2x

Help?

thanks for the response that's not what I'm looking for , I want the threads on my actual website home page, not in the forums.

I found I could do this by using external.php and there are some discussions about it on vbulletin.com
