hyper link insert doesnt work
Just wanted you to know that it is not possible in the WYSIWYG editor to add a hyperlink with the button.
It simply doesn?t insert any code ;) Greetings Star |
You sure it doesnt? You may/may not notice, when posting a link, it shows as white in the reply box so you cant see it, but when posting its there :p
|
I?m very shure!
No link insert! And I have GOOD Eyes :D Greetings StarBuG |
<a href="http://www.test.com" target="_blank">http://www.test.com</a>

ok well i am using the advanced WYSIWYG editor and it works fine for me.

You have to type the description, select the text and then click on insert hyperlink - this should work.

I just checked my options I don?t use the wysiwyg but the second obtion (edvanced features)
If I click the button I can enter the description! I don?t want a workaround I wound to show up the bug ;) I know how to link :D Greetings star |
> If I click the button I can enter the description!
Well, I can't. I only get a box asking for the URL. But if no text was selected nothing does happen afterwards. |
Well if it is a bug, then it has most likely been squashed :) Note this site is running GAMMA still as its not going to be updated until Gold is out (Pretty sure anyway)
So basically it could just be a GAMMA bug |
Eh ... hehe. Just tested this on our RC2:
"Mozilla requires that you must select some text for this function to work" Not really what I'd call a bug-fix ;) |
