My main page loads mega slow or not at all!!! WTF!

I dont know what the deal is, but I'm using myVbindex for my home page and it either never loads or takes almost 2 minutes to come up. Anyone know what the problem might be? PLEASE HELP!

Ok, check this out. I have the micro stats hack, and once the page loaded this is what it said..

Page generated in 74.44412899 seconds (99.00% PHP - 1.00% MySQL) with 13 queries

That's the thing though, it was working fine and then one day it just stopped.
