Mandatory Announcement Hack
 
The admin should be able to create an Announcement/PM/Thread which every user has to read after logon before he/she can browser other threads.

You can take care that using this method no one misses important messages.

Aww VERY good idea, I'm going to keep on eye on this as I could use something like that as well.

Does anyone know if something like this already made for vB 2.3.0? I'd really like to make announcements for my staff members that makes them have to read it before doing other stuff.
