How do I: Move "What's Going On?"

Like the vB2 hack I would like to move the "What's Going On?" section from the bottom to the top of the forums. How would I do this for vB3 RC2?

i dont think it was a hack for vb2 try over at vbulletintemplates.com

Actually it was, you had to modify several PHP files and edit some templates to get it moved. And I originally found it here on this site.

i dont think moving that before would have really required file edits to be 100% honest with you, it was just a varible and to move it was just a template edit

Yeah Faranth is correct, it was just a case of moving a variable in vB2
