approve attachments in thread

im requesting for someone to make a hack like quickedit, where a mod,sen mod, or admin can approve an attachment right there in the thread without having to go to mod cp or acp to approve it. is this possible? also the mod/sen mod/admin can preview the attachment before approving it.
