None Server Buster Itemshop

Something that is less harsh on our servers. I know a lot of message boards could use an Itemshop, but I think the excisting one is too buggtagious and bad on your sever. So maybe we could find a better way to do it.

So well yeah if anyone has any ideas please reply!
