Another vb.com question

I wrote both vb support and sales last week trying to gain access and to purchase an additional license and I have not received a reply.

Does anyone know if they have a phone number to call so I can purchase a new license over the phone?

The toll free number for US/Canada is 1-877-326-6444, see http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=82878 for full details.

Thank you for the phone number and the links you posted.

The links are appreciated, but they don't work. Well, at least they don't work for those of us who can't get in to vB. This has been a tremendously frustrating experience.

I called the phone number and got the answering service. All they can do is have someone reply by email within 24 hours. I emailed twice last week (support and sales) and didn't get any response to either email.

I understand the issues, but it really shouldn't be so hard for a customer who needs to buy an additional license to have to jump through so many hoops. If it wasn't for this site, I'd of thought vB was out of business.

If you buy the license through the normal online form, using your existing e-mail address, they will both show up under the same customer login.

There has only been one phone call today and it wasn't about this. In fact, they called before hours and I have sent an email back to them asking what the call was about since no message was left.

Actually, I found his call. It was closed by the operator and never forwarded to me even though I have been available all day. I have sent you a contact email.
