Question about a sig I've seen

I saw a few signatures that have their forums' stats displayed in an image (similar to something you'd see in a "Now Playing" signature with WinAmp) and I was wondering how you went about doing this?

Yes thats true, but why respond to a post asking for help if you didnt really help them? Maybe they had tried search but couldnt think what too type.
