Deleting PM's

I'd looking for a way to delete individual PM's. I know their message ID numbers but if anyone could tell me exactly what query I need to submit to delete them from the database I'd appreciate it as I'm not good with this stuff! Cheers.

Thanks filburt1, that query wasn't quite what I was looking for but from your advice I was able to figure out what I wanted to do. Cheers and happy new year!
