Need an alternative to object dock

Anyone got any alternative programs to object dock? It seems really choppy and laggy no matter what.

Try Y!z toolbar, I used it for a few months and it worked fine for me.

After using OS X, I've found that all the Windows "dock" substitutes really suck. They do not come close to mimicking the behavior of the dock, only its appearance. You should be able to drag programs and documents to the dock, rearrange their order, minimize windows, and remove things from the dock by just dragging them off.

Also the deal with system tray icons means that you're mostly stuck with the taskbar.
