Management about private channel

HI all, and happy xmas.
I wanna ask if do you know how is possible to make safe a private channel,
I see mod that put a password but i dont like it, i see a hack that create a sort of friendlist to access to that forum.

i give u an example:

I have 5 Channel:
A, B, C, D, E
and i decide that A, B, C and D will be public and E Private, so i decide X to be the moderator.

I need the hack that activate some option in the Moderator Pannel of X that X can now modify the acces mask of a user to enter in his private forum.
In this way nobody can enter whithout moderator activation
