When can we expect to see hacks for vbulletin 3? Also one question, will vbulltin 3 hacks work on gamma?

Not until RC1 and most likley no

Gamma's code change is greater from vB3 so nope there.
And hacks Definetly wont be allowed here until the release of RC1

If you would like hacks for vB3 or vBGAMMA then try over at www.vbulletin.nl and note you must have over 2 posts there, and then wait an hour, before you can download.
