How hard is this to do in vB ?
 

How hard would it be in vB to make a page like a portal but not a portal, with a different logo and have the page have the topic listing of that particular forum in it,
IE: like when u visit the site and click on Anime you go to ap age with an anime pic on the top right and the anime forum topics in there ?

And I would want to remove all the top stuff (everything after the top table)

You can add your own custom headers by making templates and then instead of using the $header variable in templates use your own variables. By using the database to store values with the forum table you can achieve objective without much altering and even less programming if you do it correctly.
