VB3 Make a misc.php?a= page ?!?!?!
 

I need to make a page that uses the vBulletin system so people wont be able to see it if they arent a member of my site. I used to do this via the misc.php file, i copied a section and pasted it then changed all the names to the name of the template "advertise" and then added a new template called "advertise" which was an exact copy of forum home, i just edited it to have the content i wanted on it. Basically I need to have a manuals section (for more than one company, and let people download product manuals for each manufactuer). I can do the work via html, but I need to know how to make a page so when they go o like misc.php?a=manuals it will take em to the right page.

Please help :) Or if there is a better/faster way you know of doing this, I'm all ears.
