vb3 uprgrading from vb 2

im pritty certain i saw a thread with nice clear instructions on how to upgrade and the search isnt helping me out much does anyone know of the thread that these instructions are ? vb.com is too slow to browse and there manual isnt helpful for vb2 > vb3 conversions.

I read vb3_beta7_readme.html. It had two steps. Upload and run upgrade.

Make sure you have the most current upgrade scripts as there were bugs in the first release.
