browser timing out on newthread/newreply

When I try to post new replies or new threads, my browser times out. In the past 2-3 years of using vbulletin, this has never happened to me before. It's been at least 4 months since I made any code or template modifications to this particular forum. This problem is exclusive to me; the other users at the forum seem to be posting threads and replies just fine. I asked a few other members to post test threads and replies, and it works fine for them. So, I'm pretty certain that it has to do with my browser cache or something.

btw this problem affects all my newthreads/newreplies to all other vbulletins as well, including vb.com's forums. i guess vb.org is the only cool one.
