2 Sites 1 User Table
Is this possible, I have seen it on Photopost and reviewpost and techimo and so on...
Then...how to do it is the biggest question I have? |
It's pretty easy...
Both sites use the same database and each is configured with a different table prefix. Then, you modify one of the vbulletin scripts so that user queries are performed on the other vb's table. It takes time to do, but like I said - easy. |
that is awesome. would I have to edit all things that said "user" references?
|
This question has been asked many times before Chris :). If you do a search you'll find a variety of solutions on how to go about doing what you desire :)
